Insights Dashboard

Overview

The Insights Dashboard provides a centralized view of user activity, alert activity, and visit risk review data to help administrators monitor engagement and security events. This dashboard offers both a summary view and a table view to present data in the format that best suits your needs.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access the Insights Dashboard:

1. Log in to the POM Safe web app.
2. The Insights Dashboard is now the landing page for Team Leaders and Admins.
3. View key metrics at a glance or switch to the Table tab to view detailed by POM Users.

Key Metrics Tracked

The dashboard is divided into 4 different activity sections:

User Activity

• Active Today: Number of users who have the mobile app and/or their POM device connected and pinging the POM backend.
• Active Last 7 Days: Number of unique users active in the past week.
• Monthly Active: Users active in the past month.

Alert Activity

• Fake Phone Calls: Number of fake phone call activations in the past 7 days.
• SOS Alerts: Number of emergency SOS activations in the past 7 days. This includes false alarms and dispatched alerted.
• Check On Me: Number of "Check On Me" events triggered in the past 7 days.

Visit Risk Review Activity

• Pending Visit Risk Reviews: Number of visit risk reviews that require action.
• Total Visit Risk Reviews: Number of visit risk reviews completed in the past 7 days.
• Field Safety Reports: Number of reported incidents in the past 7 days.

Additional Data

• Safety Search Hits: Number of safety searches performed by POM Users on the mobile app.
• Safety Search: The number of times the safety search returned a sex offender within 50 meters of the location searched.
• Appointments: Number of appointments created by POM users through the mobile app or [e-mail]

Viewing More Details

Each metric card includes a View Data link. Clicking this link will direct you to a more detailed report for that specific data point.
