Overview

The Reports Page provides administrators with tools to generate and review key safety, risk, and activity reports. These reports help organizations make informed decisions based on historical data, visit risk assessments, and user activity trends.

Accessing the Reports Page

To access reports:

1. Log in to the POM Safe web app.
2. Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.
3. Choose the type of report you need from the available options.

**Note** Admin's can generate reports based on your organizations entire user base. Team Leaders will only have access to their team's data for reports.

Types of Reports

Safety Report

The Safety Report provides insights into the safety data of a specific location, including crime scores and the presence of registered sex offenders.

• The report will show any sex offenders at or within 50 meters of the searched address.
• If the searched address is within 50 meters of a sex offender’s registered location, the report will display the near by sex offender’s registered address. This is meant to highlight the risk of near by offenders in densely populated areas such as apartments complexes. 
• The report also provides a crime score for the area, helping organizations assess overall safety risks. The crime data covers 671 cities in the United States. We are constantly working with our partners to add data for additional cities. 
• A count of all registered sex offenders in the broader area is included for further context.

This report helps organizations assess potential risks when sending caregivers to a location.

Bulk Risk Report

Focuses on identifying potential risks in the homes your caregivers enter. This report is crucial for organizations that want to evaluate environmental safety concerns for all the locations their clinicians are providing care.

• Upload a .csv file with up to 60 valid US addresses
• Name your report 
• download a PDF

Visit Risk Review

When a member of your staff ends a Check on Me they will be asked if there needs to be a Risk Review for the location they were just providing care. Optionally, the user will be prompted to answer how safe they felt in the home, and how safe they felt in the neighborhood. The Visit Risk Review report allows leaders to see a list of Visit Risk Reviews for a specified date range so they can address changes to the risk profile of their patients.

This section stores all previously generated reports, allowing you to review, download, or share reports across safety, risk, and review categories.

User Activity Trends - COMING SOON

• User Activity: Tracks user engagement and provides insights into how the system is being utilized.
• Alert Activity: Monitors safety-related alerts triggered by users over a given period.
