1. My Dashboard — Your New Home in Safety Hub
A new dashboard that puts everything important on one screen as soon as you sign in.
- Happening Now: Active SOS alerts, Check On Me sessions, and appointments, updated live as the field moves.
- This Week At A Glance: People, Alerts, and Workflow summaries for the last 7 days, with one-click drill-down into users, alerts, or reports.
- Role-Scoped Views: Group and Team Leaders see their teams; Admins see the whole organization. The scope is always shown on screen.
- Workflow Zone: Visit Risk Reviews, Field Safety Reports, and appointment counts surfaced together so nothing falls through.
Where to find it: Sign in to Safety Hub — it is your new landing page. The legacy dashboard remains available from the top-right menu.
2. POM Users — One Table for Everyone
The Registered and Pending tabs have been consolidated. Everyone in your organization now lives in a single POM Users table — the only distinction is whether they have the mobile app or not.
- Mobile App Filter: Quickly switch between All, Yes (has the app), and No (does not).
- Device Filter: See which users have a POM Device assigned and which do not.
- Smarter Name Search: Type a first and last name in any order and still get the right matches.
- Address on User Location: A user's last known location now resolves to a street address, not just coordinates.
- Export: Download the current filtered view to CSV.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → POM Users
3. Bulk Actions — Import, Update, and Delete from One Workflow
Manage many users at once without doing them one by one. All three actions share the same CSV template, so the file used to import users also works for updating or removing them.
- Import POM Users: Add many users from a single CSV.
- Update POM Users: Change fields in bulk — team assignments, employee IDs, tags, and more.
- Delete POM Users: Remove users in bulk, with a time estimate before you start so you know how long the job will take.
- Preview Before You Commit: Download a preview of the changes before anything is applied.
- System Users & POM Devices: Bulk import is also now available for System Users (admins) and POM Devices.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → Bulk Actions (Super Admin section)
4. Settings — More Control Over SOS, Check On Me, and Devices
The Settings page has been expanded to give admins finer control over how POM behaves for your organization.
- Check On Me Workflow Visualizer: A visual map of what happens when a user checks out vs. does not check out — reminders, escalation, dispatch, and team-leader notifications. Status indicators show what is enabled, disabled, or always on.
- SOS Configuration: New options for SOS passcode, Call on Dispatch behavior, and system reaction when a Check On Me timer expires.
- POM Trigger Toggle: A new on/off control for POM Trigger devices, managed alongside other customer features.
- User Identifier: Choose whether new users authenticate with the invite code, employee ID, or email.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → Settings
5. Field Safety Reports — A New Admin View
When a caregiver flags a Safety Concern at an address, those reports are now collected in a dedicated admin view.
- Three-Step Explainer: A reminder at the top of the page walks admins through how field reports work: a report is filed, it is anchored to the map, and the next teammate who enters the radius is warned.
- Address Resolution: Every report shows the resolved street address, not raw coordinates.
- Filters: Filter by time period, category, and the caregiver who filed the report.
- Privacy Note: Safety Concerns are not broadcast to other caregivers — they appear as Risk Reviews in the Alerts table.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → Reports → Field Safety Reports
6. Alerts — Clearer Details, Sensible Defaults
Several improvements make it easier to find and share alert information across your team.
- Default Time Period: Now set to "All" — the previous 7-day default was hiding alerts users wanted to see.
- Unified Filter Bar: Matches the look and feel of POM Users and Devices for a consistent experience across lists.
- Filter Pills: Active filters are shown as pills so you can clear them individually with one click.
- Shareable URLs: Filters are reflected in the URL — copy the link and your teammate sees the same view.
- Multi-Token Name Search: Searching "Morgan Brooks" or "Brooks Morgan" both return correct results.
Alert Details Drawer
The Alert Details drawer was refreshed with a cleaner layout and improved handling for every alert type.
- Resolved Address on Last Location: The alert now shows the street address (e.g., Baum Blvd + Morewood Ave, Pittsburgh, PA) instead of coordinates.
- Correct Check On Me Expiry Timestamp: Fixes a case where the wrong time was shown when an SOS was auto-opened from an expired Check On Me.
- Proper Alert Type Handling: Fake Call and Visit Risk Review alerts now surface the correct metadata and status fields.
- Cleaner Timeline: Escalation, monitoring service activity, incident disposition, and final disposition are all visible at a glance.
7. Groups & Teams — Tag Explorer
A new view lets you browse every tag used in your organization and see exactly where each one is applied.
- Three Tag Buckets: Group tags, Team tags, and User tags — plus an Unused tags list so you can clean up tags that no one is using anymore.
- Counts on Each Tag: Shows how many groups, teams, or users each tag is currently applied to.
- Click-Through: Click any tag to see exactly where it lives in your org.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → Groups & Teams → Tag Explorer (top-right)
8. Message Center — Clearer Guidance When Targeting by Tag
The recipient picker has been polished so it is harder to send to the wrong audience.
- Audience Toggles: Choose All Users, Mobile App: Yes, or Mobile App: No before picking recipients.
- Tag Filtering Gating: Tag filtering is disabled until you have selected recipients — prevents accidentally over-sending.
- AND/OR Tag Logic: Match recipients who have all selected tags (AND) or any of them (OR).
- Running Selection Counter: A counter at the bottom shows exactly how many POM Users will receive the message before you send.
- Refreshed Verbiage: Mobile app language has been updated across Message Center to match the rest of the product.
Where to find it: Safety Hub → Message Center → Send A Message
Reliability & Bug Fixes
Behind the scenes, this release also shipped:
- Fix for the org-owner picker showing empty in some customer settings.
- Fix for users in Groups & Teams incorrectly appearing as "Pending Registration" when already active.
- Fix for the Event Map popup hijacking the map's zoom on interaction.
- Numerous smaller UX polish items: tag creation error handling, last-ping year display, export feedback, and more.
