Two Easy Ways to Schedule an Appointment

POM Safe offers two convenient ways to set up an appointment:

1. Manually Through the POM Safe App
2. Automatically via Outlook or Exchange Calendar

1. Scheduling Manually in the POM Safe App

If you prefer to schedule directly in the app, follow these simple steps:

• Open the POM Safe mobile app.
• Navigate to Profile > Appointments.
• Select the option to Schedule a New Appointment.
• Set the start time and estimated duration of your appointment.
• Add notes to your appointment. For example, if your visit is in an apartment complex, add the floor and apartment number. 
• Confirm the details, and POM Safe will automatically track the appointment.

If you trigger an SOS alert or you're using Check on Me and the timer expires, these details will be shared with POM Safe Dispatch.

2. Scheduling Automatically with Your Work Calendar

For even greater convenience, POM Safe integrates seamlessly with Outlook and Exchange calendars. Simply add [e-mail] as an attendee to any calendar event, and your appointment will be scheduled in the POM Safe system automatically.

• Works with Outlook and Exchange: No need to manually enter details in the app.
• Seamless Integration: Set up your appointments as usual, and POM Safe will recognize them.
